User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
- You must create an account using Google OAuth authentication
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Account Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Google Services Integration

- Harass, abuse, or threaten recipients

Email List Requirements
- You must have explicit consent from all recipients

- Email lists must comply with applicable privacy laws
- Recipients must have the right to unsubscribe
AI-Generated Content
AI Features
- Our AI email template generator assists in creating content
- AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending
- We do not store AI-generated templates permanently
Content Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for all email content sent through the platform. Ensure AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and review content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance.
